Privacy Policy
appnest (appnest.us) is a small, private collection of web apps, such as KUT, a score keeper for game nights. It is run by an individual and is not a commercial service. This page explains what data the apps handle and why.
Signing in
Sign-in is handled by Cloudflare Access. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address only. We do not receive your Google password, contacts, files or any other Google data. Your email is used solely to check whether you may use an app. Game links shared by a host open without signing in.
Data the apps store
- Player profiles: a display name and, optionally, a street name (used as a game location).
- Game data: dates, locations, scores, penalties and results.
- Technical logs: standard web server logs (IP address, time, requested page) kept for security and troubleshooting.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties. Data is processed only by the services needed to run the apps: Cloudflare (sign-in and network protection), Google (sign-in) and our hosting provider.
Cookies
Cloudflare Access sets a session cookie so signed-in users stay signed in. The apps do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete the data stored about you. Write to info [at] appnest.us and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
